In an effort to decarbonise its traditionally energy- and carbon-intensive production, the company has taken this decisive step towards the electrification of its production processes at its Laufen plant in Gmunden, Austria, thanks to the state-of-the-art technology of Keramischer OFENBAU, a world technological leader in the manufacture of ceramic kilns.

France has implemented policy to regulate whole life carbon of buildings (RE2020) and has been a forerunner in Europe.
