Sergi Lois Alcázar. Born in Barcelona in 1981 Head of the Projects and Works Service of the Barcelona Provincial Council, he manages and coordinates the transformation of the Provincial Council's buildings and premises, promoting the implementation of the SDGs and the corporation's new work models.
